Redmond Palms

James was recommended to me from our builder. I purchased five palm trees from him and it was a nice smooth transaction however when one died after about three months he has ghosted me. He will not text or call me back. I also recommended him to my neighbor who bought five trees as well if he doesn’t want to stand behind a warranty on the tree he could’ve at least called me back. I felt that this was very unprofessional and rude to ignore a customer. Update: James called me and replaced the tree for half price. I did appreciate his willingness to work something out. His son came and replaced the tree today. His son is very polite and did a good job.

We were searching for a Pindo Palm to create a focal point for our pool garden. Owner James from Redmond Palms delivered and installed this stunning beauty for us along with two Sable Palms and we’re absolutely thrilled! James was very knowledgeable, rather witty and very easy to work with. He delivered us a high quality mature Pindo that totally exceeded our expectations and we wouldn’t hesitate to work with him again in the future.

BEWARE, DO NOT BUY TREES FROM THIS MAN. I bought a palm tree from this business last May. He instructed me to water the tree twice a week for 2-3 months and it should do well. I followed the instructions precisely and the tree never showed any sign of progress. I called him around September to tell him that the tree seemed to be dying and he asked me to feed it some lime or Palm tree food. I purchased a top line organic Palm tree food and applied as instructed to no avail. I called and left multiple voice messages and texted him but he would never respond to my inquiries, just like most of his clients are claiming on these review site. Finally when I left a message that I would share my experience with other people online, he immediately called me to only tell me that he does not replace his dead trees and that he would replace it if I paid him. I offered to settle at 50% of the original $400 cost, even though I was uncomfortable doing business with a man who doesn't stand behind his products. He refused and said he was not willing to do that. I will go to a reputable tree company and spend more money with a business that will ensure their tree will survive and prosper. Update:

Redmond’s was beyond Awesome!! Upon Delivery they were so nice and knowledgable. I got three palms and they were so hardy I got two more. It really changed the look of my front yard and all the neighbors are talking about how beautiful they are. I can not recommend Redmond’s enough!

First off I would like to thank Mr. James the owner, found his amazing Sable Palm trees on Facebook marketplace, the entire experience was professional, from amazing prices, scheduling, installation, and customer service, explained well how to take care of them. We have bought 3 so far, definitely buying more, and referring him to our friends as well, thank you again Sir, and we highly recommend you.
